As a lot of ex-athletes know all too well, it's very easy to gain a lot of weight when you are no longer playing your sport. After I stopped playing basketball and softball, I quickly gained over 50 pounds. I knew I needed to change, so I began testing and applying everything I was learning and after 10-months of hard work I was down 75 pounds. I have since gone on to train hundreds of clients ranging in ages from 12-81, occupations from desk jockey to ex-collegiate athletes. Each and every person I have worked with, I have not only helped lose weight, get stronger and perform better but above all I have helped them feel better about themselves and their health.

There is no-one program, diet or method fits all. I find what works for you, your body and your mind and then we will build upon that. We build a long term sustainable approach not a quick fix that leaves you feeling frustrated and failing.
